Punchbowl offers a great solution for group events and fundraisers like PTO bake sales, walk-a-thons, silent auctions, and more. Not only does Punchbowl help event organizers send free invitations and keep track of RSVPs and other event-related information, but the site also enables fundraisers to easily collect money from guests.
If you need to collect or raise money for an event, try the Contributions feature built right in to the site's party planning workflow to request donations via PayPal or credit card.
To use the Contributions feature, first create an invitation for your event. Once the invitation is complete, go to the Invitation Options page, select the second tab for Advanced Features, and toggle on the "Request contributions" option. You’ll see the options below where you can enter the name of your event or what you’re raising money for, a suggested contribution amount, and your goal.
When your guests RSVP, they will have the ability to contribute to your charitable cause or simply help alleviate your expenses. Here is what guests will see after they RSVP:
When a guest clicks on the "Contribute" link, they will then see this:
Take advantage of this useful party planning feature for a seamless way to request donations from your guests!
