Built in 1873, and once home to the RomWeber Furniture Company, the factory has been completely renovated keeping the original construction elements like hardwood floors, brick walls, hand hewed post and beam construction with first cut timber highlighted by original factory fire and wood frame doors, combined with a host of modern day amenities. It is ideal for anyone looking for “something different” for their wedding, party or conference.
  
  The Party Place can easily seat 300 guests with an adjacent food preparation and staging area. Private entrance, clean and airy restrooms with an optional game arcade are located in the adjoining lobby area.
  
  Conveniently located just 5 minutes off I-74, halfway between Cincinnati and Indianapolis. The Party Place is handicapped accessible with plenty of off street parking. The Sherman House and Hampton Inn lodgings are located just minutes from the Party Place.
