  Lead artist, Melita Lewis has over 20 years experience at corporate and private events, festivals, and theme parks nationwide. She and her team can draw quick fun caricatures (about 10-20 people an hour). Your guests will find it so fun to to be drawn and maybe even more fun to watch their friends get transformed into a cartoon before their very eyes. Caricatures also make a great keepsakes and thank you's for your very special people. Whether looking to gain foot traffic at trade show or trying to inspire a shy group to mingle, the artist's area will attract crowds organically and inspire much conversation and fun.
  
  Virtual artists can also be booked...if you can't do in person events quite yet.
  No need for your caricature artist to even be there ! We can draw your guests from photos ahead of time and ship them to you or draw them online during your event real time, and send a you digital caricatures as each are completed. We can also join you via zoom, Skype or FaceTime to screen share the process for all your logged in guests too enjoy.
  Or if you are having a real event, but just keeping it small, we can take a la carte orders through our app and charge you a flat per person fee. Simply set up your device in a "Photo Booth" like area at your party, log in to the app, and we will draw everyone who submits their photo during your party time!

  “Nev” Levin is a full-time henna artist practiced in the art of Mehendi since 1997. A multi-media artist working with henna, paint, paper and found objects, she creates imaginative, vibrant artwork. After earning her BFA from Maine College of Art, Nev spent ten years working as a potter as well as with people with special needs and the elderly, all of whom she helped to live richer lives through the arts.
  
  In 2005 Nev made the decision to pursue her dream of running her own business and is now a full-time studio artist. Her success with the two businesses, ReMarkable Blackbird and Blackbird Studios has been well worth the initial risk.
  
  One of the most sought after henna artists in New England, she brings her experience as a visual artist to Mehendi. Nev is internationally certified in the art of henna (ICNHA) and is a skilled practitioner in all styles of Mehendi including Modern, Traditional Indian, Moroccan and Indo-Aribic.
  
  For a fuller experience in body adornment ask about two-tone, gilding or crystal accents. Nev uses special blends to work in a variety of situations. For pregnant bellies, ask about a relaxing lavender mix. For weddings, a bridal blend is used which gives rich dark long lasting color. All designs are chosen to enhance the natural radiance of each woman for her wedding day.
