Band members Kevin Brown, Casey Elder, Chris Martin, Dennis Hoyle and Ann Searcy sing accomplished two and three-part harmony, with guitars, bass, mandolin, dobro, harmonica and percussion.

What we do is provide instrumental versions of well-known pop and rock songs played in a jazz style.
  
  Every time we play, our mission is to present professional music for whatever event or venue we find ourselves in. Being without vocals, our volume level naturally tends to be less overpowering to our audiences' ability to carry on a conversation--which, we feel, makes it easier to be around us as a live music act in many venues. Our song repertoire is fairly varied, and unique to our particular duo in terms of how we orchestrate and slightly rearrange many of the cover songs.
  
  We enjoy what we do, and are always adding new 'surprises' to our song list. Melted Butter is available for public and private events. We look forward to hearing from you!
