The main house is constructed of reclaimed materials, much of which comes from the remains of a floating dock from Bald Head Island. A 60 ft. rowing scull stretches upside down through the length of the house, extending out above the front entrance. The venue grounds span almost 10 acres and include the main cabin, artist studio, 500 sqft guest house, a 40'x40' Garagemahal, an 85' pontoon boat with piano, a mandala meditation circle with old palms, a plethora of antique Mercedes, more art than Betty Guggenheim, a swing made from a wooden California hot tub, and a 30' pyramid.
