Offering a throw back in time, our Tudor Style British Pub – The Beerocracy offers a glimpse and experience of Old British Pub Culture, guests will enjoy scenic views across Seneca Lake, a quaint interior bar area with a spacious 600+ sq ft deck and an expansive outdoor garden area, perfect for hosting events from 20 – 100 persons. Available beverages include a wide variety of Cask Ales brewed on site, a hand picked selection of local wines and a limited selection of local spirits & mixers.
Multiple event packages are available to meet the needs of your special event and we highly encourage you to contact us so that we can tailor a proposal based on your specific needs.
Event location rental starting at $400.00 for the event space.

All proposals will include setup and clean down by our staff as well as adequate staffing during your event, staff gratuities are recommended on an individual attendee basis. We currently do not provide an onsite event coordinator, however our packages have been designed to allow for a stress free event.

• The Dorothy D. Park Auditorium seats 365 people for a performance, lecture, or conference on the Niederkorn Stage.
• The air conditioned/heated auditorium is equipped with a full lighting and sound system, both of which are available for rent.
• Backstage consists of 3 dressing rooms (Dressing Room A comfortably seats 3-5, Dressing Rooms B and C comfortably seat 12-14), wardrobe/laundry facilities (3 washers and 3 dryers), and a greenroom break area with kitchenette.
• The lobby has a box office and concessions area as well as space for a small reception or intimate brunch, lunch, or dinner.
• During the spring and fall the outdoor Hangar Tent is available as an extension to the lobby.
