Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for weddings, but Sunday through Thursday is available for birthday parties, reunions, graduations and corporate events.
Heartland Ranch allows tours year round, however, is only open for events in the summer- June through September.
Heartland Ranch has a beautiful view of Mount Rainier, a large heart-shaped pond, large amounts of tall trees and green pastures to set your vision into gear.
The venue includes a 2400 sq ft tent, tables, chairs, stage/arbor, on-site parking, portable restrooms in a rustic building, a bar in a saloon building, a bridal suite with a/c, 2 picnic tables, a western style bar and a dance floor. Also there is plenty of room to set up yard games.
We do not have restrictions on alcohol or caterers. Please ask us about decoration restrictions. All events must have event insurance, banquet license and pay a security deposit.
