Black Bean & Corn Salsa Recipe

Black bean salsa recipe:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. chopped green peppers
- 4 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes cut into fourths
- 2 can black beans (19 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 bag frozen white corn, thawed and rinsed
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
For the corn salsa recipe, mix in a large bowl the mayonnaise, lime juice, and cumin. Once fully mixed, stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into a serving bowl or dish. Then just serve with a bag of tasty tortilla chips and, voila, you have the perfect Cinco de Mayo appetizer idea and snack!
