Rental(For up to 40 people) can include indoor only, outdoor and porch only or both.
Our outdoor area is 3/4 of an acre and backs to a wooded area. The outdoor area has ping pong, cornhole and volleyball and use of this equipment is included with the rental. Indoor only is $90 for 2 hours with additional hours available for $20 per hour. The outdoor and porch area is $110 for 2 hours and $20 each additional hour. Rental of the entire indoor and outdoor space is available for $150 for 2 hours and $25 each additional hour. This business and venue is a NON-ALCOHOL event space. Any use of alcohol is strictly forbidden and could result in being kicked off the property on the spot without a refund. Chairs and tents available for additional fees. Now scheduling for August 2021 and beyond. Half of the total plus a $25 refundable security deposit(returned upon inspection of property after the event) is needed to reserve. The second half must be paid 5 days before the event. Upon cancellation...first half paid is not refundable.
