Top Shelf, unique and unadulterated Blues/Rock/Funk band of pros. KING BEE is a 4 pc blues/rock/alternative band with a very unique sound all their own. The 4 members of this project are seasoned professional players with over 100 years of combined experience between them and have been thrilling audiences around the southeast US non-stop since the bands formation in the spring of 2012. Right out of the gate in their first year, they became fan favorites and regulars along the music festival circuit appearing at several major festivals and boutique music venues such as the world famous Gip's Place in Birmingham Alabama. KING BEE is often incorrectly presumed to be "just a blues band" because they have monster harp player J C aka Jeff Cummings fronting the band and doing the lions share of the vocals, but once they start up, listeners realize they're anything but just a blues band. They will blow you away with their soulful,hard rock approach and the palpable energy they emit from stage.
