  There are many very good professional wedding photographers in the area, so you need to decide what type of photography you would like.
  
  Traditional wedding photography provides for more classically posed images and a great deal of photographer control interaction on the day of the wedding.
  
  Photojournalism. This style of wedding photography takes its cue from editorial reporting styles and focuses more on candid images with little photographer interaction.
  
  My style is mostly photojournalism with a little classical. This means that throught the day, I focus on lots of candid shots of people, shots of all the decorations, the bouquet, the rings,etc., and a few posed
  
  Images of the bridal party (both formal (for grandma), and fun (for you) ). I will also look out for special situations where the light is just right ,,etc. for a quick pose. I produce both color, black and white as well as artsy images.

  "Robert and his assistant provided several options to shoot our engagement session in Sept 2011. They were flexible and worked with us to give us *exactly* what we wanted. The session was fun, and he was amenable to taking our suggestions for poses/shots, but also provided plenty of excellent suggestions himself. Finally, Robert was great about giving us the pictures when we needed them, especially since my fiance and I are from Canada and were down visiting my mother on very specific dates. The pictures turned out wonderfully.
  My fiance was very happy that we received a disc with all our pictures and a license to get them printed anywhere. Although we are confident that Robert would have been able to give us great prints, it was far more convenient for us to get them made back home in Canada (due to travel, etc.).
