The Banquet Hall is a large 3600 sq ft space with a beautiful hand-painted mural along the long wall, access to two bathrooms, a large 20'x20' kitchen and large 20'x20' dining space. Tables and chairs are included in the rental and are for use only in inside spaces. The dining space has hand-painted murals along all walls featuring a Greco-Roman garden theme. Inside the Banquet Hall is a 50" 4K Smart TV, wifi connection, karaoke computer, speakers and DJ table. Utilize two thermostats to control comfort in the Hall, with a third thermostat in the dining space for controlling the room temperature near food service.
The kitchen features a very large cooler/refrigerator, standard refrigerator, oven with stove top, microwave and large, restaurant-grade ice-maker. Also provided are two very large tables for kitchen work areas, several bus/service carts and various utensils in case you forgot that spoon or bowl.
The dining space is separated from the banquet hall by double doors. The standard layout in the dining space is a U-shape of three rectangular tables, but there is room for more. Access to the kitchen is through a side door and through sliding panels mid-wall. The panels are included in the mural design, minimizing visibility when not in use.
Each side door leads from the Banquet Hall to outside courtyards.
To the right is a concrete courtyard with garden benches and a small pond. The pond features goldfish and catfish, a waterfall and a fountain. Next to this courtyard is the Tiki Bar. The Tiki Bar features electric and cable outlets, corner lights, and a ceiling fan. It's location between the courtyard and parking area makes an ideal area to gather guests before an event inside the Banquet Hall.
To the left is the Mural Courtyard. This is a large grassy area with beautiful flowering bushes and an even more beautiful 20' high mural of a beautiful landscape and mansion. This area is ideal for small gatherings and for photographs.
The smaller Gazebo Lawn and Garden is conveniently located directly behind the Banquet Hall, making an easy transition for events that want both indoor and outdoor activities, such as Family or Class Reunions.
The larger Gazebo Lawn and Garden area encompass acres of a mixture of mature trees, green lawn and garden nooks, a large pond featuring an island, and a large Gazebo at the top of a gentle rise, with a view of it all.
Attached to this area is a concrete patio which leads into a small room with facilities and enough outlets to make any DJ smile.
The Island is reached by a 40' rustic wooden plank bridge. It is also equipped with electrical outlets and several small garden accent lights.
