The ballroom/meeting room is just over 1400sq feet that is rated for 99 with chairs and tables/213 with just chairs. We provide 10 6ft rectangular tables and have older chairs available if needed. There is a sound system already wired into the room and a large flat screen 1080i TV with DVD player behind a set of doors along one of the walls.
We have a full kitchen with a gas stove and oven available as well as a refrigerator and freezer. Plates and silverware are available for use.
Both men and ladies bathrooms are in the building.

We have a full kitchen, three bathrooms, large fireplace, big screen TV, wifi, concrete dance floor that looks like huge slabs of marble, and a parking lot for 100 cars. All of this is built on 50 acres of rolling horse pastures with only the mountains in sight. Black Water Junction Farms is located at the end of a dead end road, so it is very quiet and secluded, yet only 12 miles from the town of Rocky Mount or 12 miles from West Lake on Smith Mountain Lake.
