Video DJs – WRAY DJ’S provides a visual performance, characterized by the creation of imagery in real-time, in synchronization to music. It gives the audience more to dance to, creating a much more exciting vibe at events.
Lighting Services/ Special Effects – WRAY DJ’S understands that lighting and atmospheric effects create a mood to enhance the excitement and feeling when it’s time to dance. We offer multiple color combination lighting, moving heads for spotlighting, custom Gobo monograms, pin spots, uplighting, lasers, bar washes, fog machines and more.
Equipment Rental – For clients who need equipment but do not need a DJ, WRAY DJ’s has equipment for rent.
Event Planning – WRAY DJ’S will work with clients and/or their event planners to coordinate the event from beginning to end. Dennis Newton: Lead Vocals
Dennis has loved singing from an early age. By the time he was eight, he discovered how exciting it was to entertain others when he sang Elvis in his underwear with a towel around his neck to adoring fans. Dennis can go from classic rock to classic country with ease using his wide vocal range. He started his own karaoke business in the late 90’s that lasted until 2005 when Dale Stopher asked him to come try out for lead vocals in a new band they were forming. The rest is history. Dennis is doing what he loves, but for a lot larger crowds now. You can see how much fun he is having by the infectious energy he transmits from the stage.
Dale Stopher - Bass Guitar
Dale has been playing music since he was in high school. (They were just one room school houses back then.) Dale started out playing guitar. When he and his friends first got together to form a band, they had one problem. Everybody wanted to be the guitar player. If this band ever wanted to get off the ground, Dale knew someone had to play bass. That was the start of a journey that has taken him on a trip to play with many great bands over the years.
Dale has played bass most his life in clubs located in Virginia and Maryland. He had a three-year venture touring with show bands in the late 70’s and feels blessed to have played with some of the best musicians and some of the top bands in the business. Fronting bands like The Charlie Daniels Band, Kris Kristofferson, The Almond Brothers with Danages Dan Troller and his brother Frank Troller, even the great Dickie Betts sat in and played with the then band Sweet Revenge with two great guitarists Chris and Roy Snyder. Even though he’s a seasoned professional, he still get’s as excited as the first time he took the stage with some of those greats. Dale is still keeping the drive and bottom going to make you want to keep on dancing.
Steve Kasey - Guitar / Vocals
Steve performed his first gig at age 12 in front of 1000+ people playing “Proud Mary†on a cruise ship from Hawaii to California. He never stopped since then playing professionally in Northern Virginia Rock, Top 40 and Country Rock bands, sharing the stage with many national acts such as Fog Hat, Quiet Riot, Molly Hatchet and more. Steve’s high energy guitar style has afforded him playing around the world in places like Russia, Bahamas, Hawaii and more. Today he is as excited and passionate as ever using his unique and aggressive style as a perfect fit with the rest of the BTB boys.
Glenn Wilson - Drums
Glenn is a founding member of the BTB and after a short five year break he is back with vengeance. He is a well seasoned musician as well as a drum instructor. He is in command of the sticks keeping the bang in back with his solid beats to keep you grooving on the dance floor. Putting his passion into every performance.
