Classically trained Chef Jason Roland and his wife, Caryn, work together to create their signature touch-whether it's a small crawfish boil or a formal dinner for 750 people. We have two mobile kitchens that provide for fabulous food cooked fresh on-site. We are on the preferred caterers' list at The Old Governor's Mansion, the Old State Capitol, The Shaw Center, The Louisiana State Museum, The New Orleans Museum of Art to only name a few.
